Candlelight Hike with Lake County Forest Preserves

Guided by a Lake County Forest Preserve expert, this enchanting evening walk will take you along newly solar-lit pathways. Enjoy the beauty of nature under the soft glow of candlelight while learning about local wildlife, history, and the natural features of the preserve. This serene adventure will offer a unique opportunity to experience the forest in a whole new light!

This is suitable for adults and families with children ages 10 and older. Adult supervision is required. The maximum number of participants is 20. Participants should dress for the weather including sturdy footwear as the trail could be snowy/icy or wet depending on the weather.
