Hindi Storytime with The Language Labs

What better way to end summer than with a story! The Language Labs will be presenting a Hindi storytime full of books, music, games, and a craft. Come travel with us!  Papa John's pizza by the slice and beverages will be available for sale.  

Why Storytime?

Reading stories to children helps to develop their language skills. As they listen to stories, they begin to understand how words work together to create meaning, laying a foundation for language development. Storytime sparks imagination and creativity in young children too, essential skills they will use throughout their lives. As they listen to stories, they visualize the characters, settings, and events in their minds. Storytime also exposes children to different cultures and perspectives, which allows them to build empathy and understanding for others. And perhaps most importantly, storytime encourages a love of reading in young children so that they can continue to learn and grow throughout their lives.
