Proper estate planning for loved ones with special needs is critical. We will discuss the legal tools and techniques available to ensure that loved ones with a disability may be benefitted by your estate plan without jeopardizing access to key resources. We will also discuss the legal options for supported and surrogate decision making for persons unable to do so.
