Hosted by the Grayslake Area Public Library and the Grayslake Senior Center

Join instructor Joan Davis for an engaging and interactive program exploring the growing epidemic of loneliness and the power of human connection. Drawing on recent research and filled with humor and practical strategies, this session will help you understand how social connections affect health, how they’ve changed over time, and what you can do to strengthen your own.
