Celebrate Day of the Dead by making traditional Mexican cut paper folk art - Papel Picado. Families are encouraged to work together; each family will receive supplies to make papel picado banners while supplies last.

Symbolism:

During Day of the Dead, the bright colors and cut-out designs are believed to represent the wind and the journey of souls.
