Event Details

Create Shrinky Dinks charms of your favorite things to hang from this colorful reading and world themed Shrinky Dinks wind chime! The Take & Make Kit will include several sheets of Frosted Ruff & Ready Shrinky Dinks, printed templates to trace from, hanging chains, jump rings to connect the parts and some decorative odds ‘n ends. The link to a pre-recorded video will be made available on the program date. A $3.00 (or free) materials fee is due upon registration or before picking up the kit.

 

 

DIY SUPPLIES LIST:

•4 or more sheets of Shrinky Dinks Frosted Ruff n’ Ready Sheets (Available at local craft stores or on Amazon https://amzn.to/3BBt2gu)

•Print-out of Tracing Patterns that can be downloaded from Attachments: https://bit.ly/3zvwUO7

•Variety of large beads

•20 gauge Beading Wire

•100 - 10mm Jump Rings

•2 mm chain, string or wire to hang the wind chime

•Ornament Hook for hanging the wind chime

•Permanent or Alcohol based markers (ie: Sharpies)

•Colored Pencils (Prismacolor, Crayola etc.)

•Manual or Electric Pencil Sharpener

•Masking Tape

•White or Pink Pencil Erasers

•Ruler

•Scissors (Regular & Embroidery)

•¼” Hole Punch

•Rubbing Alcohol or Hand Sanitizer

•Cotton Pads and Ear Swabs

•Glue or Epoxy (Optional)

•Needle Nosed Plier(s)
