Event Details

Join Isabel Raci, C-IAYT, online for gentle chair yoga and guided meditation.

YOU WILL NEED
- a sturdy arm-less chair for chair yoga
- comfortable clothes that allow for movement and relaxation (don't wear a belt)

OPTIONAL
- a yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, put it underneath your chair and/or use it for the meditation
- a place to relax for the meditation part – yoga mat, recliner chair, etc.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- breathing exercise
- gentle moving exercise
- relaxation/meditation
