Looking for ways to feel calmer and more focused? Looking for ways to reduce stress and increase resilience and self-efficacy? In this interactive 90 minute session, you will discover mindfulness practices you can add to your everyday life to help you feel stronger, kinder, and more calm.
Led by Dr. Kyren Epperson, 2nd degree black belt in karate & teacher of samatha (SAH-ma-ta) meditation, you will get a chance to practice easy-to-learn techniques from meditation and mindfulness traditions from all over the world including walking meditation, movement-based mindfulness, mindfulness of breath, and loving-kindness.
