Be your own patient advocate!  Learn tips for effective communications and how to prepare for visits with your healthcare provider.

We'll discuss:

  • Tips in preparing for a medical visit and asking questions
  • Making informed medical decisions
  • What is the continuum of care? 
  • What is a medical power of attorney?

Attend virtually at home or in person at the Warren Township Public Library.
