Let’s boogie! Sing, dance, and groove to fun songs—old favorites and new tunes each week. It’s a joyful way for young children to build language skills.

Practice yoga basics, breath and mindfulness; class will end with a soothing meditation presented by certified yoga instructor, Kelly Jensen. No experience necessary. Please bring a towel and/or mat. Chairs provided.
