Register I Adults

Join Grayslake Library & Isabel Raci, C-IAYT, for gentle chair yoga and guided meditation.

The actual start time for this program is 10am-11am. 

 

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and relaxation (don't wear a belt). 

Feel free to bring in your own yoga mat for this program.

 

OPTIONAL

- a yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, put it underneath your chair and/or use it for the meditation

- breathing exercise

- gentle moving exercise
