A bear, a crane, a deer, a monkey, a tiger! Erica Bough, of Breathe Life Tai
Chi will lead us through the Five Animal Frolics, movements designed to
improve balance, develop strength and flexibility, and promote healing.
Program is designed for adults and youth to participate together.
